FORMIDABLE WOMAN® UNIVERSITY
Formidable Woman® University is an education and training platform designed to provide added confidence and competence to women who are destined for greatness. Formidable Woman® University's Accelerated Confidence™ (AC™) Global Program prepares learners to communicate, explore and connect with world confidently-- in meaningful, impactful ways. Learners in this program are presented with rigorous tasks that hone their skills. They are provided opportunities to engage in realistic contexts, experience practical performance assessments (CPAs) all while encompassing elements of AC™ skills.
Our Curriculum
Formidable Woman® University's AC™ Global Program curriculum highlights eight (8) global units, as outlined in our Readiness Standards for Learning Confidence. These themes underscore our 3 C's--Confidence, Competence and Clarity--and are integrated throughout the entire series.

Our name has changed but our quality instruction and preparation remain steadfast. We hope you love our new look as we strive to reflect the evolving needs of our clientele--global leaders.

Meet our Founder
Dr. Shekina Farr, Ed.D., M.C.C.
Named among Atlanta's Power 25, Dr. Shekina Farr is passionate about building confidence in women. She runs Formidable Woman®, the #1 international confidence and women's empowerment brand whose mission is to champion confidence in women--globally. She is the Visionary behind Formidable Woman® University, Formidable Woman® Beauty, Formidable Coaching Institute™, Formidable Mingles®, Formidable Publishing™, Formidable Woman® Network, Formidable Consulting, Formidable Woman® Magazine, Formidable Man™ Skincare and Formidable Men Magazine™. She has been featured by FOX, CBS, NBC, Forbes, Black Enterprise and more.
Dr. Shekina Farr has spoken out against gender oppression and disempowerment since 1992, penning her first published article, "Blocking Out the Gender Gap", while a high school student. This article covered a female high school student trying our for the school football team. It garnered the attention and recognition of the National Press for Women. She has authored copious empowerment books and has received many national and community awards for her work with social justice and gender advocacy, including the Volunteer Service Award from President Barack Obama and a standing ovation and resolution by the GA House of Representatives.
